Responsible for learning environment of 1100 students in grades 6-8, 140 educational staff.  Oversee all higher-level operations of the school. Create a safe learning environment and establish performance goals both for students and teachers, and oversee the process so that those goals are attained.

April 2011- March 2016

Principal, RM Bacon Elementary, 
Millville, NJ

Responsible for learning environment for 300 students in grades K - 5, 40 educational staff.   Oversaw operations of the school. Created a safe learning and innovative environment and established performance goals both for students and teachers.

June 2010- March 2011

Executive Director, Rowan University 

Supervised 9 academic advisors, 3 field placement coordinators, 1 certification officer, and 1 coordinator of Schaub Learning Lab. Worked closely with area school districts for Rowan University pre-service teaching field experiences.
